Senior Associate - Dispute Resolution

If you are a qualified litigator, ideally with + 5 years PQE, and are looking for a fresh challenge, then our nationally renowned Dispute Resolution Team is looking for you.
The team includes a number of experts, as recognised by Chambers and Legal 500.  It is an excellent place to develop your practice while working with leaders in their respective fields. 
The role will include all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.  We have a large insurance practice as well as a broad civil, commercial and personal litigation practice.

Trust Account Assistant

The firm is seeking a talented Trust Account Assistant to join the Trust Account team for a 12 month fixed term contract based in the Christchurch Office.

In this busy role you will assist the Trust Account Supervisor with processing transactions, settlement requests, billing reports, daily reconciliations, month end and monthly reporting, as well as answering ad-hoc queries from staff. 
The firm has a number of major projects taking place over the next 12 months so you will also provide ad-hoc relief cover to other members of the Trust Account team whilst they are undertaking project work.  You will also be involved in implementing new policies and procedures as these projects are rolled out.
