He will provide a hgh level overview of the simplicity of attacks that are costing NZ businesses millions of dollars annually. Steve will also discuss the ways to help assess claims against cyber policies, including shift liability etc.

Stephanie Woods, Senior Associate, Wynn Williams will discuss recent developments around the interpretation of exclusion clauses and the implication for insurers of the recent Court of Appeal decision AMI v Legg [2017] NZCA 231.
