- Formation of Camden Group and farm purchase. This is a successful group of companies which owns a number of dairy farms running large stock numbers.
- Proposed sale of shares in Dairy Holdings Ltd. We act for shareholders in this company which owns approximately 30 dairy farms.
- Advising on complex insolvency issues for Crafar Farms, one of NZ’s largest corporate dairy farming operations.
