Rosie has experience advising on all aspects of employment law, including the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, performance management and disciplinary processes, vaccine mandates, redundancies, holiday pay, industrial relations, and personal grievances. She has a particular focus on dispute resolution, and regularly appears for clients in mediations, the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court. She has experience working with charitable organisations and the public sector, having previously worked in central and local government and for a specialist public and administrative law firm.
Rosie also acts for insurers and insured professionals on professional indemnity claims. She regularly defends lawyers and real estate agents against disciplinary complaints and against civil claims in the District Court and High Court. She also advises on employment practices liability and statutory liability claims.
