This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic lawyer to join our disputes team working with some of the best insurance law specialists around.
A high performing team, we are looking for someone to join us who has both the technical and interpersonal skills required to support our insurance practise. The role will largely involve working on professional indemnity matters, complex property claims and health and life insurance issues, and include all aspects of dispute resolution including litigation.
The successful applicant will have 2 - 5 years’ PQE experience, strong technical skills and general litigation experience, either in New Zealand or offshore. Experience in professional indemnity claim resolution and/ or experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous.
In addition to this, you will be pragmatic, personable, and blessed with a sense of humour. You’ll also be a lateral thinker and comfortable working in a high-energy environment, understand the importance of excellence in client service and the value of relationships.
