Each year, we look to employ a number of top graduates to ensure we maintain and enhance our resources and the standard of service we offer to our clients.
We have a close association with the Law Schools across New Zealand and work with the faculty each year during recruitment time. We invite applications from talented students anywhere in the country as we can provide opportunities in both our Auckland and Christchurch offices. Read more about the firm in our About Us

. We are committed to diversity and inclusiveness and continue to work hard to maintain our excellent culture - the Wynn Williams Way
As a firm, we are committed to providing excellent ongoing legal training and development opportunities for all staff members. We are a recognised CPD provider and we run in-house seminars each week to ensure our graduates, clerks and other legal staff gain their required CPD points and continue to develop their interest in the law.
Each lawyer has a bespoke professional development programme outlining areas where they would like training. These are monitored by their supervising partners and our HR team to ensure that skill sets are developed.
We also provide training in non-legal topics that we believe help further develop the careers of our staff.
We have initiated the Wynn Williams Young Professionals Group
. We host four functions a year with public and private sector leaders and VIPs as guest speakers to which lawyers at the firm are encouraged to invite their networks.
