Courtney Donaldson
Courtney joined the firm in January 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Taxation and Accounting.  She works in the national Dispute Resolution Team supporting Joshua Shaw and Andrew Watkins.

Courtney works primarily in the areas of relationship property, family, regulatory prosecutions and criminal law.  Courtney has also gained an interest in road transport civil litigation.
Courtney's work in relationship property includes drafting separation and contracting out agreements and acting for clients in relationship property disputes and litigated matters. Her work in family law includes drafting parenting orders and applications to relocate, as well as acting for clients in care of children disputes.
Courtney regularly attends Court in the criminal jurisdiction on a range of matters.
