India is a solicitor in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution team supporting Greg Simms. She assists with a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contractual and negligence claims, and trust matters. 
She has been actively involved, as the lead junior, in representing a core participant in an ongoing Royal Commission of Inquiry.
India also has family law experience and has appeared in the Family Court as junior counsel.


Recent Projects

  • Acting as one of the lead juniors representing a core participant in the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Historical Abuse in State Care and the Care of Faith-based Institutions at both procedural and redress hearings.

  • Appearing in the Family Court regarding the Court’s statutory jurisdiction to set aside orders.
