The firm’s new National Managing Partner, Philip Maw, has volunteered to abseil off the Les Mills building on Friday 12 October for the annual Drop Your Boss fundraiser.  Phil will conquer his fears in aid of the wonderful charity the Graeme Dingle Foundation Canterbury.  To encourage generous support, Phil has agreed to wear fancy dress for the event, the costume being chosen by the Wynn Williams staff member with the highest donation.  We can’t wait to find out what it will be!

What is The Graeme Dingle Foundation?  It is a charity founded by Sir Graeme Dingle which runs youth programmes in low decile schools.  The programmes teach core values to the younger children, and works with struggling teenagers with building confidence, teaching life skills, promoting good health and encouraging a positive attitude.  Their mission is to transform young lives forever.  To learn more about the Foundation, there is an excellent short video here:

The Canterbury branch has expanded its programmes into four more schools in Christchurch this year.  This means that the more the Graeme Dingle Foundation Canterbury is able to fundraise, the greater the likelihood that those new schools will continue to benefit from the programmes next year too.

If you would like to help Phil raise money for this fantastic cause, you can make a donation through Phil’s Givealittle page:

Good luck Phil!
