Wynn Williams is looking for an experienced employment lawyer with at least three years-experience in employment law to join our internationally recognised Dispute Resolution team. Led by nine highly respected partners, the Dispute Resolution team is recognised by Chambers and Legal 500.
 
Our specialist employment team offers the full spectrum of work across a diverse range of clients and industries. This is a high performing team with a busy workload. We are looking for someone who has both the technical and personal skills to support our clients through what are often exceptionally challenging matters. Negotiation and mediation skills will be well used in this role, as well as problem solving and strategic thinking.
 
You will enjoy the independence of leading matters with the support of other senior members of the team. If you have a particular penchant for business development, you will be well supported in opening-up conversations, and in presenting the Wynn Williams story in a compelling and relevant way.

You will be an integral part of our team working on M&A transactions, private equity investments and a broad range of other corporate and commercial matters.

The successful applicant will have:
