The successful applicant will have 4-8 years PQE corporate experience and be equally as comfortable working on large national and international deals as they are supporting businesses with growth strategies, undertaking capital raisings or requiring general corporate advisory advice.

You will have experience across the breadth of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, and capital raising. Strong transactional management skills and experience will be highly valued, including mentoring more junior members of the team.

This role will be based in Auckland and includes opportunities to work on transactions and matters lead by each of the Firm's four corporate partners. Our client base includes multinational organisations; domestic and international private equity firms, NZ businesses, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.
