This is an outstanding opportunity to work in our civil and commercial litigation team, covering all aspects of litigation and alternate dispute resolution on some of the largest litigation files in the country.
The role is part of our Dispute Resolution team working with some of New Zealand's best lawyers, including Partner Shane Campbell, who has been announced as a finalist for the 2023 NZ Law Awards. The team acts for individuals, businesses and corporations involving complex and high-value matters around company issues, contracts, negligence and contentions trusts and estates.
The role also offers the independence of running files by yourself with the support of senior team members. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
The successful applicant will have 4+ years' PQE and proven litigation expertise, be technically excellent, personable, a critical thinker and have exceptional attention to detail. Over and above your technical skills, you'll be passionate about excellence in client service and appreciate the value of relationships within and outside the Firm.
