Clare is a solicitor in the Firm's Dispute Resolution team where she supports Amanda Douglas in Employment Law related matters.  Clare has particular experience advising on restructures and redundancies, and facilitating mediations and settlement agreements between employers and employees.
Prior to Wynn Williams, Clare spent three years working in employment relations and also as a registered private investigator undertaking workplace investigations.
